Present Company

All four members of staff have been with the company since leaving school and have served a five year apprenticeship.

Douglas Proctor – Lockmaker, 31 years service	Jim McDonald - Barrel maker, 28 years service
Robin Moir – Actioner, 23 years service
Brian Sinclair – Stocker, 21 years service
	David’s wife, Alexe, attends to administration and accounting. The main workshop is in the village of Bothwell, Lanarkshire, just off the M74 motorway 8 miles south of Glasgow. The stocking workshop is nearby in Blantyre. The design office, studio and testing range is at Reynard, Mauldslie Estate, 12 miles south of Bothwell. All guns and rifles are Nitro Proof tested at the Gunmaker’s Company, London. The annual production is just over 30 shotguns comprising 30% side by sides and 70% over and unders with one or two double rifles.
